INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.

All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Inkfection Tatts Apparel Co. is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.   

 

HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order. 

If you don’t receive an order confirmation e­mail from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please double check that you have supplied the correct contact information and checked your 'Junk' mail folder before contacting us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Orders received before 01:00PM AEST will be shipped within 1 business day. During our peak periods (Holiday season, sales or promotional events) we ask that you please allow 2-3 business day.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All domestic orders come with tracking. You will automatically receive your tracking number and tracking updates via email once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders come with tracking. You will automatically receive your tracking number and tracking updates via email once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

You'll be able to see when your parcel has been:

  • received and accepted by a Post Office
  • processed for international delivery
  • received by the overseas postal organisation
  • delivered to its final destination

OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

- All following up and/or tracking is the responsibility of each customer and/or the shipping service provider – while we do everything we can within our power and to the best of our ability to make sure orders get to you safely and as fast as possible, we cannot be held responsible once an order leaves our studio. 
- If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, Inkfection Tatts Apparel Co. reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee according to the relevant price of postage for your location. 
- The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.

WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU'VE PURCHASED?
No problem, we will accept returns up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Please ensure returns are sent  in their original condition, with tags or labels, unwashed and unworn (other than being tried on for size) condition and we will process a refund for your returned item(s).
For us to process the return and refund accurately:

We ask that any item returned to us has all labels intact and that the garment is folded neatly and in original condition, so that it can be resold. Please note, where an item is returned to us in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.
 
EXCHANGE ANOTHER SIZE OR STYLE?
Just re-order the product you are wanting on the Inkfection website so that you can secure what you want and get the replacement as soon as possible. Please note we cannot exchange items – we will refund the original item purchase.
 
WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE FOR A RETURN?
The cost of returning an item for a refund is your responsibility. Liability for the return is with you until it has arrived in our warehouse, so please select whatever shipping method you feel is suitable, however you will need to use a tracked service if you want confirmation that your return has arrived at our fulfillment warehouse.
 
HOW DO WE PROCESS REFUNDS?
We aim to process returns within 3 working days of their arrival back to our warehouse address. Our warehouse staff will then check your return and original order details and if the return(s) are in an acceptable condition, we will process a refund back to your original payment method within 3 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed by us for your refund.
 
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
There are no refunds on sale items, or items purchased during our sale period. We will occasionally discontinue products and put them on sale to clear the remaining stock. These clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
 
I HAVE ALREADY WORN MY INKFECTION TEE, CAN I STILL EXCHANGE IT?
Due to health regulation reasons we can only accept garments back that are in original condition and that have not been worn (other than tried on for size and fit) or washed. Please steer clear of strong perfumes or deodorants and make up when trying on garments as they may leave a scent of mark which would render the return unsellable and unable to be refunded. 
 
I HAVE RETURNED MY INKFECTION GARMENT FOR AN EXCHANGE BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED OR HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM INKFECTION APPAREL.
The typical shipping time for items to arrive back to Inkfection Apparel is between 3 to 7 days. We recommend a tracked mail service if you want confirmation that your return has arrived back at our warehouse. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of their arrival back to our head office address. Our warehouse staff will then check your return and original order details and if the returns are in an acceptable condition, we will process a refund back to your original payment method within 3 working days.
 
WHAT IF I AM SENT A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
All Inkfection products undergo stringent quality checks from the beginning of their manufacturing process. Faults can occur however from time to time that slip through the quality checking processes. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will typically request you return the faulty item to us for replacement or refund if it is no longer available. We will refund your reasonable postage costs on any defective item.
 
I NEED TO CHANGE A GIFT THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAS ORDERED
You will need to get the original purchase details from the buyer as we can only issue refunds for returned items, exchanges are not possible. If you are unable to access these detail we should be able to trace them for you from our order records so that the refund can correctly be processed back to the buyer. Please email us if you need a copy of the original order details.
 
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
If you are based outside of Australia, please email us at support@inkfection.com.au as per above and our customer service team will advise further information to make your return. All returns must be made within 90 days of your purchase date. Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item.

We recommend shipping your package back via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain your proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed, we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels
