HOW DO INKFECTION TEES FIT?
At the moment only Men's tees are available and they are semi fitted design, but as Men's tees are consider as universal tee, they are also suitable for women.
WHAT FABRIC DO YOU USE?
We are dedicated to making the absolute softest tees, that’s why every product is using 100% high quality cotton, preshrunk, and excellent finishing. All of our graphic tees are hand crafted design and printed with the best ink brands on the market, and we only work with the most upstanding factories in the world to bring you the best possible products.

WILL YOU RE-STOCK ITEMS THAT HAVE SOLD OUT?
We generally do not re-stock items that have sold out as we like to offer new designs and often have limited numbers of garments, these products may be re run in the future but it is not guaranteed. Our most popular styles are usually released in new colours with each collection.
CAN I BUY INKFECTION APPAREL FROM A STORE?
Not at this stage, we keep the entire INKFECTION range our website. We provide a secure purchasing environment with a flexible exchange and return policy. Should we move into the retail space we will publish a list of stockists on our website so that you can see if there is one in your area.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal and credit card, including Visa and Mastercard. All orders are charged in $AUD upon checkout.
IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
Yes, your information and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure connection using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted envelope, making it almost impossible for this information to be intercepted.
You can identify this by looking at the URL - 'https' the 's' indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL. Your browser may also give you a pop up message that you are about to enter or leave a secure area. SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once your order has been placed we cannot add an item to your order. You will need to place a new order.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can change/cancel your order with us so long as your order has not left our warehouse. We aim to pack and ship out your order as quickly as possible. If you need to change/cancel your order, email us firstname.lastname@example.org
as quickly as possible. Please include an order reference number in the message to make it easier for us to find your order.
We’ll try our best to accommodate the change/cancellation but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. If it's too late, once you receive your order just follow the returns procedure.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of your order purchase date. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags. We have a 3 Month Warranty period on all of our pieces; please note this excludes fair wear and tear. Please note there are no refunds on sale items, or items purchased during our sale period, for change of mind or incorrect choice, unless the product is damaged or faulty. Exchanges on sale items are subject to stock availabilities.
WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ADDRESS?
You should check your order confirmation email to ensure that all your order details including shipping address are correct. We can make changes prior to your order being shipped from our studio.
If you supply us with the incorrect shipping address or fail to collect your order and it is returned back to us as a return to sender you will be required to cover the re-shipment fees associated with your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We know you’re excited to get your order and we always do our best to get orders out ASAP but sometimes delays occur that are outside of our control - e.g. peak times, holidays and sales, shipping carrier/customs delays and generally being a small team.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has left us you will receive an automated email with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately.
For International shipping, please note once your shipment has received by Country Destination Post International sorting facility, it may not be trackable by Inkfection or Australia Post depending on location.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTY CHARGES OR IMPORT TAX?
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We cannot mark International Orders as a gift to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
